Cant log into the server

Hi im new i cant connect to the server when i try to log in its says my password is wrong can u help me?? idk what to do or if its an error on my host i got it like this:

74.13.210.78 l2authd.lineage2.com
74.13.210.78 l2testauthd.lineage2.com

no i tried whit three diferents account too saw that and it keeps saying the same thing T_T look my host is like this.
